Unless they’ve changed the way it’s awarded, GG is a notoriously bullshit award that most fans couldn’t give two shits about.

That is pretty surprising. I assume Darvish was a huge favorite if there was a line on this but the voting wasn’t even close.
Bauers ERA being under 2 is one of those things that might drive disproportionate award voting.
Right. I offset that a bit with WINS and/or the possibility (hope) we were beyond sort_by_ERA.
The abbreviated season really steals the thunder from counting stats. Everyone knows 20 wins makes a good season. 8 wins is meh.
