Major League Baseball (Part 1)

Just LOL.

Camargo-Corrales gave permission to a police search of the vehicle.

Criminal stupidity is so fucking baffling sometimes.

My wife and I watch murder porn on occasion and the number of people who have committed a murder and could possibly get away with it who openly talk to the police without a lawyer present is astounding.

If any member of my family ever died under suspicious circumstances, even if I have an air tight, video evidence based alibi, there is not a chance in hell I talk to the police without a lawyer present. I dont care how guilty it makes me look, I dont intend to spend life in jail because cops are pressured to solve a case and the dad/husband is always the first suspect.

Just boggles the mind

He probably also figured he was safe because he used a Cubs bag and not his own personal luggage.

Lol this or even on shows like “forensics files” that are about the science of crime solving it feels like half the cases go cold and then a year later they get a tip from someone who heard someone brag at a bar or something and then boom, dots connected.

While I don’t condone crime, if you want to get away with it, rules number 1 2 and 3 need to be to shut the fuck up. Although from what I can tell if the cops want to search your car, they’ll just bring a dog out, say it “alerted” and search anyways.

I started a thread last summer about getting pulled over.

“The First 48” almost always features somebody straight-up admitting guilt without ever speaking to an attorney.

One huge upside to fans being allowed back this year is the Astros being rightfully taunted all season.

Don’t know why, but I got a kick out of this tweet:

I doubt that much thought went into it. It’s usually an instinctive reaction that if you act like you’re hiding something you’ll seem guilty, so you should avoid that. People aren’t trained to deny cops.

I am HYPE for baseball.

Trout at 6 :flushed: :flushed: :flushed:

In an OBP league

madness

…Yelich is probably fine, definitely the best player available and should boost rates nicely as he returns to form

Yanks already in mid season form. Voit hurt, needs surgery.

I get injuries are part of the game but it’s ridiculous the injuries the Yankees get. They must be doing something wrong as far as training and treatment goes.

Salvador Perez came through with a clutch strike out with Runners on first and third and one out, instead of grounding into an inning-ending double play. The runner on Third then scored on a wild pitch. The Royals are going to need a lot of production like this from Sal, if they hope to contend this year

I have mixed feelngs about this. MLB would be making a statement by moving the game, but they’d also be removing some potential economic gain for black people in the city wouldn’t they? I think I’d be on board with keeping the game there, but endorsing a move by players to take a knee during the anthem. But I could probably could be convinced that the game should be moved.

They should 100% move the game, and film/tv productions should move out of the state until it is fixed.

This stuff works. If there is one thing republicans care about more than fucking over the libs, its money. Hit them in their wallets and they fall like a house of cards.
