LOL Third Parties (non-Kanye edition)

I swear I started this topic already, but I guess not.

Two questions:

  1. There are female libertarians?
  2. Shouldn’t the bat be getting a vaccine as a precaution?

I’ll copy my post in the LC thread

Just for fun, lets go see where she stands on issues.

Healthcare[edit]

Jorgensen supports a free-market healthcare system financed by providing individuals with a spending account and allowing individuals to keep any savings, which she believes would create an increased incentive for healthcare providers to compete by meeting consumer demand for low cost services.[36][37][38]

oof

COVID-19[edit]

Jorgenson has characterized the U.S. government’s response to the COVID-19 pandemic as overly bureaucratic and authoritarian, calling restrictions on individual behavior such as stay-at-home orders and corporate bailouts, “the biggest assault on our liberties in our lifetime”.[37][40][44]

That is all in line with libertarianism, but yeah lol libertarianism

This reminds me of the first substantial posts I made in the politics forum back on 2p2 in a thread titled “why are so few women libertarians?”

I think it was 2012 or 2013. Good times.

Libertarian here. It’s just because naturally they have lower IQs and aren’t as good at logic. I fully support them having equal rights in spite of this.

Also the Glorious Market has correctly identified that women are inherently 30% less valuable in the workplace and not suited for senior leadership positions.

@bestof You’re goddamn right I’m dropping this as the first like on a nine hour old post, I’m ugly laughing over here. The very last part really elevates it.

Records show West owes nearly $466,000 in federal income taxes from 2013 until 2017. This came after he accrued (and later repaid) a debt of nearly $725,000 from 1998-2005

Sounds like my man is good for the money. Give him time, he’ll pay it down.

“The moment of transition became clear, given the internal dynamics of the Green Party,” West said. “The procedures and requirements for debate, you have to go to various Green Party events in a variety of different states. … I said, ‘Oh my God, this is a lot of energy and time and effort.’”

West was never the official Green Party nominee; as he mentioned, he bristled at the need to spend the time and effort necessary to secure the nomination at their convention next year. (It should be noted that running on a major party ticket requires jumping through many more hoops than in the Green Party.) But he had essentially already been ordained as such — with Stein as his guru, the party was dedicated to helping him get on ballots and supporting his candidacy across the country. Some state chapters of the Green Party had already set up dedicated teams aimed at specifically helping West’s campaign. With a few phone calls, all that effort was for naught.

Even when it was the bombs to Israel, I knew it was Jill Stein’s fault.
