my professor for professional ethics in law school when asked if he would be taking attendance he said “if you think you can pass my class without showing up more power to you.”
that was my next to last day in professional ethics.
but seriously i would assume the AG office or some DA office offers the CLE classes and the upper levels just sign the paper saying they were there every year and no one gives a shit
