I once had a law firm add a fee per page of paper they used. The bill would be like X hours x $650 for the partner and Y hours X $475 for the associate plus 326 X $0.10 for the paper they used.
Yea I think I get billed additional fees per page of paper/copy/fax.

Most BigLaw firms don’t have part-time of counsel aside from fairly special situations and maybe these days paternity leave.
