Now you’re just lying, given we established falsity of that statement 2 hours ago.

lol I cited an article of my “lie”.

Before you guys start litigating this, can we get a bet down?

I suspect we won’t agree on a bet as he views a CONSEQUENCE as someone ordering something to happen where I define it as the thing actually happening.

I regret the weak tight way I played this, but at least I can expose Clovis’s ignorance again.

Ok you are just trying to be a moron now.

My article is from yesterday. Yours is 3 months old. Just lol. Massive lol.

the conviction stands but trump faces no penalties

in other words absolutely nothing gjge law

It’s pretty genius really. It placates the Pollyanna’s like iron and simp and results in zero brakes on trump or his move to a full on kleptocracy.

Is your claim that Giuliani hasn’t turned over anything? Because he has, the issue is whether he’s turned over everything (which he obviously hasn’t - as he even admits he’s not giving up the WS rings or certain stuff he claims are family heirlooms).

You’re both fools. Everyone knows that the ultimate consequence is a Sternly Worded Letter.

My claim is turning over those things without the deeds is the same as not turning them over. He is delaying until trump can make it all go away.

He turned over the car and apartment without the deed/title, but the personal property he turned over (e.g. watches, memorabilia) is gone - unless I guess he wins on appeal.

The article from yesterday I cited says he has not turned over watches or memorabilia. The article iron cited is only what he was ordered to do.

For fun I looked up sandy hook. It’s been 6 years since they filed and almost three since they won. I can’t find any evidence Jones has paid one dollar.

It’s lol law always and forever for rich white men.

No, the article you cited says he hasn’t turned over everything he’s been order to do (specifically mentioning watches and certain memorabilia). The article iron cited was describing what he actual turned over (or at least what he lawyer represented to the court had been turned over).

From that article:

“Joseph Cammarata said in a letter filed late Friday in Manhattan federal court that the trove of watches and a ring were delivered by FedEx to a bank in Atlanta, Georgia, in the morning.”

Here’s an article from yesterday where the plaintiffs’ lawyer makes that clear - that Rudy’s compliance has been “spotty” as he’s only turned over some stuff (for instance 18 out of the 26 watches he was ordered to surrender).

"In a Monday filing, lawyer Aaron Nathan said Giuliani’s compliance has been spotty, noting that while he finally surrendered a Mercedes previous owned by actor Lauren Bacall, he failed to provide the vehicle’s title.

After listing 26 watches in a bankruptcy filing, Giuliani now claims without explanation that 18 watches he turned over to Freeman and Moss are all he has, Nathan wrote. He added that Giuliani also claims not to know the whereabouts of a shirt signed by Joe DiMaggio or a photo signed by Reggie Jackson, both Yankees legends."

I was reading mine as none of that was actually turned over. I can see your reading that just some of it wasn’t.

FFS, this is why you are supposed to bet first.

No way I lose the bet either way. I’m never betting that a few watches constitutes consequences. Call me when he has actually complied.

I’ll be waiting for trump to wash it all away.

Meanwhile trump will be pardoning all the Jan 6ers too.

Consequences.

Does he have to turn over 100% for it to be consequences? If not, how much is enough?
