It literally shouldnât, given the term limit.
Oh yeah, rules and norms will stop him. I keep forgetting.
Iâm not saying it will or wonât, Iâm just saying your âshouldnât be possibleâ is very literally true.
Or, rather, I do actually think it will stop him. But that wasnât the point of my response.
May or may not happen, but itâs obviously and clearly unconstitutional. Itâll be harder to get on the ballot in enough states than it will be to cheatâŚso, if heâs on enough ballots, itâs a foregone conclusion that heâs winning.
It say âHad he voted for it, it would have passed, handing Trump an historic loss.â
But there were 4 Repubs who didnât vote Yea or Nay, right? I assume one wouldâve just been pressed into service?
Donât break kayfabe.
Would the senate have passed it? I guess the point was to get them on record. You wouldnât have had 67 in any case to override the veto.
Also quite possible Trump tells Congress to pound sand and he goes to war with Iran anyway.
Canât believe the shitlib murder suicide didnât make it here yet.
the wat now?

In November, Gov. Gavin Newsom of California rolled out an intriguing offer to his formidable email list of supporters: Donate anything to his political group, and he would send them a copy of his forthcoming book: âYoung Man in a Hurry: A Memoir of Discovery.â
âMake a contribution of ANY AMOUNT today and I will send you a copy,â he wrote.
It turned out about 67,000 supporters did just that. The books those donors received account for roughly two-thirds of the print copies of the memoir that have been sold.
On Wednesday, new federal records revealed that Mr. Newsomâs political action committee paid $1,561,875 to buy and distribute copies of his book through the donation program. The money was by far the biggest expenditure for the governorâs federal PAC in the first quarter of 2026.

They all donated $.02?
Thatâs a very strangely framed question
This could go in elections but Iâll share it here. It should serve as a warning for all those pining for any white man to be the Dem candidate in 2028.
But it works here too looking back at the folly of the Dems.

Iâd argue that in a party devoid of any beliefs (that they could admit publicly and run on), the Dems became the party of identity politics only. Vote for our woman and gay man who want to give corporations unlimited power and fully fund the military.
Admittedly the paper is not published yet but assuming itâs correct, it might help some of you who are more academically minded understand why the whole identity politics ethos as practiced by the Dem party have been such a failure.
