Stairway to Heaven eeks past OTHAFA by 3 vote margin. But now it runs into Kashmir, the highly touted 2 seed with dreams of glory in its eyes.
In the closest battle yet, our first 1 seed goes down (and only by 1 vote) as Immigrant Song falls victim to Dazed and Confused.
We also have our first 6 seed in the Elite 8, as WIAWSNB blows Rock and Roll out of the water.

I said this before, but Stairway is likely to win despite maybe no one having it as their favorite. All the other songs have some relatively large group of people who dislike them.
I feel like it’d be interesting to do some sort of ranked choice voting at the end, and see where they all come out. These head-to-head matchups seem to have a way of favoring consistent performance over favorites.
I think Kashmir is gonna take it down.
