Gabriel Sterling on CNN just indicated that it is 171k votes left in Dekalb, the Dekalb person transposed the 1 and the 7 and said 117. But it’s 171.
Edit: That’s early, there’s other stuff in Dekalb on top of that.

To the folks crying conspiracy about not calling the race yet when the writing is on the wall, it’s totally reasonable to not call a race when the virtual certain loser is ahead. Like, we can do math and shit, but most people are idiots, and while calling Vermont as soon as the hour ticks over on election night for the Dem when the first 1568 votes are 80-20 GOP is no big deal, it’s not all that appropriate for a close race.
