So is Celtic the local team or the hated rival? They seem to get a lot of press on that second site.
That cafe is a special spot here in the city, many a moment has been spend just standing outside on the pavement taking in the wide variety of faces and people while enjoying a pokey hat with raspberry, next time I’m going there I’ll be taking my niece and nephew and introducing them to Mr Bourdain.
I’ll try and remember to post a photo with the kids and there pokey hats

Both teams are Local, so local that I would not recommend visiting the areas unless with friends, I grew up being able to see Celtic Park from my living room window like most fans, the locals would fill the stadiums no problem and did in the past bringing crowds of over 100,000 in the 1930/40’s to hampden Park
The University cafe is definitely worth a visit, it’s in the west end at the bottom of Byres Rd our student areas and Glasgow University is just up and around the roads, I stayed just down a bit from the cafe in my 20’s beside the old snooker club that’s a great pub for bands now.
Remember to ask for a pokey hat when there…

It’s generally regarded that TheRangers are the most hated club in Britain and when Scottish teams play a favourite song is “we hate them more than you” 
Because for 1 Aberdeen fans sure do have a real hatred of TheRangers fans and club.
