2022
Yeah, it was essentially just pure speed.
Yea I think the real lesson is that he is Jim, who was just an enormous asshole
My dad has a pair of binoculars that have a stabilizing button you push when you’re looking through them. Works great, not sure how much more expensive they are.
The cheapest stabilized binoculars are about $700. Majority of models are $1500-$2000.
Not surprising that a megalomaniac would own a $2000 pair of binoculars. There’s no way my dad settled for the cheap ones.
Depends on what month your going, July-August are our buzy seasons alough September can be buzy too, any other month I’d leave it until early next year and tbh with Brexit who knows if it even survives until 2022.
Eh? He plays Jack Ryan in a tv series. What else is he supposed to say?
I’m working on reducing my book collection. Right now, I have enough to fill maybe 30 banker boxes. I’m going to have the hardest time parting with the politics, social science, and philosophy books that I have acquired over the years.
Maybe I’ll post a picture once I get everything sorted.
You only need one book. Here’s the list of stuff you need: money, keys, comb, wallet, lighter, hankie, pen, cigarettes, contraceptives, vaseline, whips, chains, whistles, dildos, and a book.
I love books and used to carry them around, but I made a huge break with most of them and just dumped 99% of them after a move. I figure if I can find it and read it online, I don’t need it. There are benefits to tangible books, but there’s a real cost in both money and space lugging them from place to place.
Got rid of all mine a couple years ago, get a kindle, read it on that, have your collection at your finger tips but don’t have to deal with it.
Pretty much what I do. Either that or an audiobook. Too much carrying around if you’re going from place to place.
Get Cloutier book and burn the rest. Does the pai gow book go into corner seat selection? Fraudulent book if not.
The uneven gaps between the 3 sections displease me.
Big Deal is still pretty fun, the rest, eh.
Dump all of the books,
but save the Pandolfini.
You’re not an animal.
I’ll happily take some and pay for the shipping if you send me a list of titles. I’ve resolved to read more, I never regret it when I do.
