Absolutely shocking
Yes. Itās a strange world we inhabit that we can confidently predict things will turn out badly because the government clearly doesnāt give a toss about its ordinary people, but when it turns out we were right we are still shocked by it.
I hope it never ceases shocking us and never becomes an acceptable part of our lives, something that survivors can turn a blind eye to, like ordinary Germans did during the holocaustā¦ though if this atrocity of a government is allowed to continue long enough it will eventually.
