I donât think any joke has firmly embedded itself into my brain like the Mountbatten joke. Even now, 40 years later, itâs impossible for me to see the name and not think of dandruff lol.

Know itâs just standard journalistic wank, but âa form of 21st century ethnic cleansingâ is stupid and annoying.
Using the threat of violence to make people move on account of their creed / colour / whatever is textbook ethnic cleansing, and itâs been happening exactly like that since, no doubt, cavemen times.

Hills & Mountains
The highest point on the A83 is 803 ft above sea level and divides Glen Kinglas from Glen Croe.
From the viewpoint of this famous beauty spot you can see the old valley road, engineered by General Wade during the subjection of Scotland following the Jacobite rebellion.
A stone was erected to commemorate the completion of this military road in 1750.

It seems to happen every year on the A83 just after this rest stop and I think its why the sausage and tea stop is so popular.
