Worth pointing out that this image is photoshopped. The guy in the bright yellow shorts with white socks didnāt have a bra on, nor did he have a piss stain on his shorts.
He did, however, boot a police officer from behind then run away like a coward. So hopefully we can focus on getting him arrested and charged.
