I was 1 of the very few SNP voters in the 90’s, we were a rare breed tbh, almost as scarce as a Golden Eagle.

Curruption and criminal activity with criminals.
The growing nationalist movement throughout a lot of the West is responsible for taking many Northern Labour voters into the arms of UKIP/Tories and most Scottish Labour voters into the arms of the SNP.
There are more of the former seats than the latter so the English bear the bugger brunt, but Labour’s result in Scotland was fucking dire.

Labour has always had it problems up here, we could not even get a swimming pool in shettleston or a park cleaned because of there Curruption, no doubt they ran to powerful folks in the areas to help get reelected once the people seen through them and now take advantage of the divide that has always broken Glasgow.
I’m not saying their not involved, just that Labour has been found out for what they were all along up here, a bunch a scam artists the lot of them.
The Curruption was that bad that a young Councillor committed suicide about 10 years ago and it was covered up by the currupt police, his family are still to this day asking for answers.

It all started in Paisley during the drug wars there when a PM was shot at and by all accounts was run by The Fat Controller who runs Smack Cabs In the East end who teamed up with the North side crew who infultrated the Labour Party.
That’s when things changed for the worst here, and for 10 years we’re had no rest bite.
Many people could have stopped this who had power in and around Glasgow but decided for whatever reasons to step away, they had the party for years and are now shouting from the rooftops that the party’s been overtaken, yeah lol why didn’t they get the correct authorities involved instead they let the young yins get chopped in Broad daylight while galvanising around Europe.
Fuck them too… Bastards.
There’s no heros here Marty, even the other side was all about power and money… Atleast the SNP has tried to improve our areas.

Been thinking of moving out of London for a while, seeing as how my retirement is imminent thank god and the owner of the tiny company the missus works for is toying with the idea of full time remote working now he’s realised how much he can save on office rent, and we only really enjoy what London has to offer every couple of months for a slap up meal in town.
I’ve always wanted to live by the sea - I spent a year in The Gambia as a 6 year old, with a daily walk to the sea.
I used to play a cricket match in Brighton (Preston Park) every year and have fond memories of the whole area. Hove looks tempting.
