In the UK if your vision or driving ability is impaired it is an offence to drive and driving while your vision IS impaired is a RTV and should be reported to the local road traffic devision.

I really don’t know what I’d do if I was an Islington pensioner with not many years of life expectancy left, who’d lost his wife and was unable to be with her during her death or for her funeral, seeing this bag of shit behaving in this way.

No, Johnson’s biggest problem is that the person who has until now been responsible for making all the back-or-sack decisions has been Cummings himself.
Johnson is probably more or less incapable of making good decisions (from his PoV).
