For sure. How is she planning to handle the Covid was fake, government created it in a way that doesnât just calcify her opponents. I see no way to navigate that in a way that results in a single net positive vote for her. Seems like all downside.
Roganâs still like the biggest platform available to reach people. He is also very malleable so she could make some points and get Joe to agree. Plus the chance for a viral moment (albeit good or bad) is high. Clips of the interview would be played everywhere.
Joe may say some dumb shit but he is not going to go hard at her. I thjnk it is worth the risks.

It is very close to a freeroll. Rogan listeners are overwhelmingly going to vote Trump or not at all. Also, crucially, they are persuadable, unlike literally anyone watching CNN.
Kamala is leaning back into him being an unfit weird moron at just the right time. Sheâs running a great campaign.

He got Gupta, who is surely no dumdum. I suspect that his downfall was trying to be a people pleaser and wanted Joe to like him so he just went along with all the nonsense, and Kamala hopefully wouldnât fall into that trap, but it feels risky to me.
I honestly donât know how sheâd do with someone like that. Her instincts have been pretty good, so Iâll hope for the best if it happens. Feels like a huge risk though if she ivermectins and goes viral, when I donât really know that there is upside the other way.
Itâs less of a big deal than going on Call Her Daddy, but peeling off a few Rogan idiots canât hurt.

Itâs a good strategy to get on Rogan before he moves on to the next shiny object. Itâs not a good strategy to try to pander to Roganbros or make concessions to win them over. The fact that heâs pro-Bernie one minute, pro-Yang or even pro-Trump the next and now could conceivably be pro-Harris sort of suggests that these arenât a reliable voting bloc.
Yea, same as it was in 2020 when Bernie was getting criticized for it. (fwiw most of this board was supportive of it back then too)
Iâm super concerned about the fascist trend among young men and think any opportunity to reach out to them is a good thing, whether they vote or not. Of course, Iâm skeptical that Kamala is the person to do it but maybe sheâll surprise us.

How do we expect people to agree with or accept our message if theyâve literally never heard it? If all they watch is Fox, theyâve never actually heard any Dems except through their filter.
Sure the programming/hosts are usually in bad faith, and a lot of the viewers are bad faith, but a lot of them arenâtâŚthey actually believe itâs news. How do we expect to even attempt to break the brainwashing if we never even try?
You canât expect voters to come to you. You HAVE to go to them.
