Wikipedia has a link of cross-party appointments. neither Biden nor Trump has a cabinet level appointment, but Democrats in the Trump administration include lol Ivanka and Gen. Michael Flynn
Is it possible for Kamala to make a big show of nominating a blue state Republican like Phil Scott to a cabinet post to get him out of that job?

Yeah this. Leftists are absolutely not ride or die Kamala and many will stay home. While I’m not one of them, I have a few friends that are teetering one the fence and any rightward shift (in this specific case they are closely monitoring her Israel policy) will lose their vote.

Biden won the 2020 vote with 51.3% of the vote, so basically 1 more than half of 100 voted for him. This election will probably be similar. Frankly, i dont care who you vote for, but suggesting that you cant intellectually grasp how someone can vote for a candidate and portraying the whole lot of them as ignorant is foolish, sophomoric, and shows weakness. Come to grips that you dont own the market on intellect, and quit chastising those thst just dont think like you. Rant over, again.
