Hey man, it ruins the taste experience!
Im really not looking forward to Aaron Rodgers’ week as Pope
I’m with milk here, GTFO toddler. I’d die of shame if my 2.5 year old made the same choice!
Without looking into details, charter schools can be pretty sketchy.
that’s why he’s happy in the second panel
Charter schools may be problematic, but they have been a godsend in parts of KC where the public schools are an unmitigated disaster (I know, I was in them). And by “they” I mean specifically Académie Lafayette, a French immersion K-12 school that most of my friends have gotten their kids into.
I think the public schools are getting better now (possibly egged on by the charter schools to some degree). I have one friend who’s kid is in the same junior high “magnet school” I went to, and it sounds like much less of a war zone than when I was there. Either that or the experience is very different for girls.
I was also in the Houston public schools for a bit, which were amazing by comparison. I don’t know what the Minneapolis public schools are like, but I’m guessing more like Houston than KC.
