It is unlikely that footage exists of Epsteinās apparent suicide, sources said, because cameras are not directed at individual cells in the unit where he was being held.
Well, thatās that, then. Itās Pizzagate.*
*Itās a joke, Clovis.
Wow, Iām shocked man. Am I interpreting you correctly that you think Avatar was a better movie than Hurt Locker (Iāve seen neither, but find it hard to believe this would be any kind of consensus)? Dances with Wolves was a good white savior movie with some real problems. I had a problem with the white guy saving the day and falling in love with the white woman raised by Native Americans. White people love that stuff though, so it shouldnāt surprise you. The Academy has a serious hate hard on for Scorsese, especially at that time, so that canāt really be a surprise.
What were you hoping would beat The Artist? That was absolutely my favorite picture that year, though the only other one I saw was Hugo. Both those movies were gut punches for me based on where I was at in my career at that time.
I thought Avatar was the better film, yes. Iād have given a statue to The Decedents, The Help, Moneyball or especially Hugo over The Artist.
Obviously canāt answer about the others, but The Artist was a ārealā depiction of the challenges of Hollywood (La La Land was infuriating to people like me even though even that movie still got there as a film). Hugo was very melodramatic, and it connected with me for reasons that probably werenāt really Scorseseās intent. If youāre making it a two movie race between Hugo and The Artist, The Artist beat Hugo by a lot for me.
You realize that the Native Americans die at the end?
Not going there with you.
lol
Crash WOAT Oscar winner, not close
Wow, Keeed how do even you manage to take me out of context there? You act like because I havenāt seen the movies that I havenāt read loads of words about them from people who have. Hereās the part you somehow neglected to mention that was INSIDE the parentheses you quoted:
Yeah dude, I donāt know why you would take the time to incredulously say how could you like Avatar more than Hurt Locker when you HADNāT SEEN EITHER FILM. Itās totally ridiculous.
I could see how YOU would like Avatar more than Hurt Locker without seeing either of them. How bout that?
What is happening itt.
I enjoyed Crash more than a lot of movies that are much higher esteemed now - like Magnolia or American Beauty.
Iām kind of a sentimental sucker - the magic overcoat scene and the car rescue at the end got me tearing up some - which Iāll always give a movie props for.
Thread is dead, weāre all moving on
Avatar was also a white savior movie, if you think about it.
So Iāve heard but it wasnāt against Scorsese. ;)
.
Film thread is down the hallā¦
I prefer the Clinton killed Epstein takes over the Avatar is better than Hurt Locker takes! That is some next level insanity.
