No, I just buy it in bulk bags. That would be cool though.

Hiked 10 miles on an easy trail. Went at a good clip except the last mile or so I was dragging ass.
Great Wall hot take: it was built to keep people in, not out.
There are indeed shooting positions on both sides of the wall and guard towers.

Cedar plank honey mustard cod for dinner. I mixed 5 grams of honey into 2 tbls of my homemade mustard, but next time will leave it out as I prefer the bite of the mustard without the honey balancing it.
Killing it Jbro! Weigh in tomorrow.
Thanks. Think it’s going to be a pretty big number for me based on the last couple of times I got on the scale this week.
Week 5: 16-Aug-2019
Weight: 236 pounds
Starting weight: 254 pounds
Weekly loss: 3 pounds
Total loss: 18 pounds
Pretty good week considering I’m not really expecting numbers as big as 3 pounds in a week any more. But I think this could probably be looked at as 2 pounds last week (when I only officially lost 1) and 2 pounds this week, since last Saturday morning I hit 238 for the first time.
If I ramp up the exercise a bit I believe I can average 2 pounds per week for another 8 to 10 weeks before it drops to 1 per week.

My doctor agreed to drop my metropolol to 50 mg per day today. That’s down from 200 mg when I went on it, and 100 mg per day for the past 18 months. Hopefully I’m within 6-12 months from dropping it completely.
I’ll be on a mini vacation on the south shore for the next 4 days. I’m going to log on my fitibit app and plan to stay with my plan, but I may not log here until I get back Tuesday night.
Wow that’s such exciting news!! Congratulations
Thanks. I can’t wait to be completely off. I still take two other blood pressure meds but they don’t have near the same negative side effects. I’ll worry about getting off those sometime in the future, if possible.
If you’re off the one with the worst side effects that’s a huge positive step.
Well, down to 50 mg of the worst one but hopefully will be off it completely in 6-12 months.
Sorry I meant it will be a huge step. You’re pretty close .
So I’m back from my mini vacation. My last 10 meals until dinner tonight were all away from home, so I think I did really good. I ate healthy and splurged on a few beers and glasses of wine and had a really nice ice cream one night and several great fresh seafood meals.
The next two days I need to have less than 1700 calories per day in order to average less than my goal of 1900 calories per day for the week. Should be easy.

Mind if I ask what you do? I have been looking for work from home accounting opportunities since I lost my job and have had absolutely zero luck. I don’t know if I am just looking in the wrong places, but I havent even gotten a single interview.
