Why? Your fellow mod had it on a 15 minute throttle, then unthrottled to 5 minutes because he felt things had become more cordial.
There were useful convos taking place in there that have now been silenced.
Yes and if he wants to change it he is welcome. I did not consult anyone. I was away most of the day and came back to another 200 posts in that thread of nothing but hate. Its unnecesary. I have locked it. I wont lock it again if any other mod deems to unlock it.
