Media should be pounding this information after the hearings end today.

I want like 17 dots to represent the multi-hour gap in the chain when Sondland had to go running to Trump before coming back with the “no quid pro quo” language

I really wish he would put his hand down.

The problem with the fox news propaganda is that shit is turned on a lot of places with the sound off and probably plenty of rubes get tricked by the chyrons.

So this guy is just here to testify about what other people they couldn’t or didn’t want to testify said? Admittedly I just turned this on but if this is really the big start the Dems had talked about WTF.

In for the we got him

I can tune in for a bit, is it worth it?

You’re almost just in time to see the GOP lawyer. But it’s good so far.

FYI, this is good narrative forming. They went right to the heart of what the GOP is going to ask next right at the end, and basically said what they’re about to do is a sham.

Here’s what to look for in GOP questioning:

  1. They will bring up Burisma, 2016 interference, etc. and try to say this is all okay.
  2. They will bring up how 3 or 4 Ukrainians saying bad stuff about Trump is the equivalent of what the Russians did in election interference. Of the people who will be mentioned, only one is still in the government. Fiona Hill eviscerated them when they tried to take this line, but no one else has done that yet.
  3. You will see grandstanding and whining by Nunes and Jordan in the first 5 or 10 minutes prior to the GOP lawyer taking over.
  4. Edited to add that they will also probably try to throw a bunch of random names in the record to try to out the whistleblower.

CBS with Reince Penis on for halftime analysis. If this is the “mainstream” coverage of this it’s over.

Ah yes, the old “Truth is subjective” gambit.

They are really breaking out the solid chestnuts today.

I currently have CSPAN3 on mute as they let Meadows pontificate about whatever stupidity he is pontificating about.

I guess this is like how they interview the losing coach at halftime of games for drama or something.

Jesus, Meadows is awful too

OMG. I can definitely fap to this.

“Nunes starts with a lie, that Democrats accused Trump of being an ‘Agent.’”

  • ”Note: Nunes claims Dems didn’t have more than circumstantial evidence of collusion. Evidence in the Stone trial more than meets Mark Meadows’ definition of collusion.”
  • “In fact, Mueller said there was evidence of conspiracy, which is stronger than collusion. So far, Two lies in the first seconds of Nunes’ speech.”
  • “Nunes claims there were 1-sided leaks. Lie number 3.”
  • “Nunes claims ‘most’ GOP witnesses denied. They got 3 witnesses. Lie number 4.”
  • ”Nunes false says Mark Zaid called for a coup. Lie number 5.”
  • ”Nunes now complaining about projection. Claiming Steele dossier = collusion with Russia, claims Dems defend Hunter Biden having a job. Lies 6 and 7.”
  • ”Note, Nunes claims witnesses don’t know the answers on Hunter Biden. Except a number of witnesses did testify to it. Lie 8.”
  • ”Nunes claims ‘Russian hoax’ has ended. No, the fully predicted investigation into Trump and his flunkies conspiracies with Russia and WikiLeaks has not. Lie 9.”

Nunes looks very nervous.
