The worksheet doesn’t really specify how to handle the rounding in this situation. I’ve seen this same situation rounded up on multiple worksheets.
My guess is this situation was handled differently all over the place. Some round ups. Some coin flips. Some round downs.
It was a perfect caucus.

They have the worksheets, but if the realignments weren’t handled correctly, as there has been some reporting, that can’t be corrected now.

as long as the worksheets exist, someone can always go back and verify/recalculate. It’s just going to take time.

No, because if they allowed people from viable candidates to realign, there’s no way to tell which candidates they realigned to. If this is the case idk what the hell they’re going to do.

Still a bit early with this data I think to say it. Bernie probably has something similar but they don’t have the same data, but neither release specifics so instead of twitter figuring out in about 10 minutes everybody mad.
