Reading between the lines Iâm guessing one issue is that a lot of precincts forgot about separate counts for first and final alignments.

My guess is they found people defecting from viable candidates after round 1 and are noticing things like a candidate having 150 voters in round 1 and 145 in round 2. This has probably been happening for decades but nobody noticed because they never reported the round 1 data.
