It all makes sense. Jman posts on cruisecritic.
He wants that sweet union cruise tactical extraction team health insurance.

Not a big deal so long as you accept that the correct play is to lie to people who think like jman and let them think they can keep their insurance until itâs too late.
As a Canadian, I donât get the upside to having to spend hours or if I actually need it, days and weeks thinking about or haggling with insurance companies. Whatâs the upside?
Poors die
I donât care if rich people pay for health care as long as no one has to pay for decent care. Same as k-12 education. Public option? Fine if the care is good and price is zero.
JmanâŚwhat the fuck.
Iâve been pounding that drum with you.
Your union could still negotiate to get you a supplemental plan to make your Medicare better than Medicare.
Of course, that presupposes an actual functioning federal government at present.

I will of course vote for any dem nominee that is legitimately elected. If there is obvious, overt rat fucking and you still vote for the fraudulent candidate you have given up completely. Either they run a clean primary or the two party system will be destroyed.
⌠And replaced with a one party system run by Trumpâs GOP. Great outcome!
Not when it threatens to affect him apparently.
I mean⌠" I donât want your shitty healthcare "
I respect him for being honest about it though. Maybe others feel the same way but donât wanna deal with the backlash.
Like enough mincing words and getting buried in the weeds of personal bias.
We have a proposal for Program X. Program X already exists in basically every wealthy nation in the world and has been proven to work. Program X increases life expectancy and health outcomes of the nationâs population, increases economic freedom, and conservative estimates show that Program X will save an average of $3,000 per person per year. Program X has to be universally adopted to achieve these goals.
The people arguing against this program or crying about not having a choice due to Program Xâs need for universal adoption are literally enemies of the people.
Question for the eDem contingent: who do you think âtheyâ would prefer as president, Bernie or Trump?
If itâs Bernie vs. Trump, for whom do you think Michael Bloomberg is going to vote?
Olâ Musket Ball Joe just laid it right at their feet.
Check out these effective marketing scams:
No sugar added â sugar free
Hand-tufted â hand-knotted
Swiss movement â Swiss made
Engineered hardwood â solid hardwood
Medicare For All Who Want It â Medicare
Diet Coke â low calorie cocaine
cocaine is already low calorie!
Program X has to be universally adopted to achieve these goals.
You were fine until you got here - kind of.
There are several different strategies that (mostly) Euro countries have gotten to the spot theyâre at. Iâm sure there are nuances for each, and I might like one better than another, but overall, AFAIK, the end result is pretty much the same, as in the upper portion of your post.
But the people who are 100% that any particular one of those choices is the ONLY right one is engaging in opinion/feelings, not reality. There are a lot of ways to get to a better place than where we are.

Oh yeah - on the old site I had a running discussion with the usual group of idiots about health insurance was a waste because they were 25 and healthy. In my former line of work it was a nightly occurrence for me to spend 20K on some bullshit snowboarders ankle fracture, and a weekly one for a newly paraplegic skiier looking at mid 6 figures at a minimum. But the idea of insurance was just tooooooo complicated.

I wish you guys could debate rationally without piling on, calling names, and making sweeping accusations. Itâs really exhausting.
I donât agree with jman (feel the need to throw this out there so Iâm not accused of being a trumper) but jfc some of you could really work on constructive debate.
Iâll try to be better. Except for the Bears. Thatâs a line I wonât cross.
