I mean these are literally the rules of how caucuses work.
In my precinct we helped usher supporters away from Biden and Pete so they had zero supporters in the final count.

even with that gap I think it’s possible though unlikely there could’ve been a tie for the last one. Dumb shit happens in these things like that–whatever I don’t know the full damn rules.

Instead of rigging it for Biden by just giving him the votes, the DNC rigged it so Biden’s epic fail gets lost in a bigger clusterfuck so he can limp along to SC.

So 1 delegate at best per 21 people. So Pete get’s 3 (63+3) and Bernie gets 4 (84+17), and we just coin flip for the delegate for the last 21 even though its 17 Bernie, 3 Pete?
