The FA literally puts out videos of their training sessions online dude. They donât go at game speed, no club does.
@Aofrantic is 100% right about everything.
Jal, the idea that you could really train and flesh out tactics at full speed in this kind of compressed match window is laughable. You do film sessions, walkthroughs, set play work, some light cardio, some light small sided stuff, etc. Nothing gets close to full speed there.
Ainât nobody going 100% in set piece practice dude. Makes me wonder if youâve ever played somewhat competitively tbh.
Itâs a funny mental picture imagining one dude going 100% even after the 9th time the taker flies it over everybody.
Also as said, this kind of work these days starts on film than is done a little on the pitch. England has shown set plays for throw ins for example. But you arenât taking the whole side and practicing one throw in for 45+ minutes.

âMericans not being able to comment on European players they havenât seen IN THE FLESH is pretty comical considering a lot of this forum is Euros commenting on American politics when they have no idea what itâs like to live with the prospect of going bankrupt if you get sick lol
Thatâs not one of your better analogies dude. Everyone knows what itâs like to get sick, most have had very sick relatives/friends and some of us have been close to bankruptcy.
Itâs not hard to imagine the stress and anxiety not having an NHS must cause. :(

I must admit, I didnât think youâd be one to start to rage post against us Europeans but here we are.
Yeah, Jwax could of assumed the obvious that itâs probably obvious that most here either have family there or are actually staying and working in the US.
I mean, Jalâs take is laughably bad. Sorry you donât like my analogy =(
Imagine telling them they donât know how good MLS players are, theyâre actually better than pl players in person
And also a lot worse than most SPL players SMH
Mind you the young Celts do love it over there, especially Miami
Ok, bet on:
England to qualify
England to win
England and u2.5
England and u3.5
1-0
2-0
About $400.
2-0 to the old enemy, I know right
Harry and Stones for the goalscorers.
Omg maybe Southgate sees something that armchair football fans donât.
Is it safe to turn the TV over?
