But sometimes they play so soft and weird and weâre not deep, so for example losing weah and balogun hurt. I hope Berthalder goes, in part because I never learned how to spell his name but mostly itâs just time. Itâs cool the players like him but at this point who cares. Still feeling cautiously optimistic about 2026. The atmosphere will be insane and itâll help. More broadly I feel pretty good about where weâre headed in 20-30 years.

yeah could be wrong but I think when cronaldo got benched in the world cup it wasnât all tactical, it was because he got subbed early vs S Korea which induced a vintage tantrum and Santos got pissed, which got Santos sacked

I read that Pepe is older than a third of the countries playing in the euros. He has said he plans to follow ronaldoâs lead and retire from portugal the same day ronaldo doesâheâll be 43 for the world cup so thatâs fun. But from what I saw Pepe actually played pretty well in the group stage and idk he might not have Ronaldoâs talent or passion for undermining portugal.
