I even voted in my crazy HOA board elections, where the political parties are golf people (incumbents) vs. horse people (challengers). I’m definitely “no party preference” there, but I voted for the horse people because the golf people are insufferable assholes.

These people had signs printed, mailers sent, the whole shebang. I wish I had known, I would have tried to grift some campaign consulting money out of them and wouldn’t even have been forced to leave my neighborhood.

I get a mail in ballot for every election I think.

Pretty nice actually.

I want extra credit for making my wife vote.

Missed the last provincial election as I didn’t know who to vote for, but still went to vote and was told I was in the wrong location so just went home.

The most important elections are the local ones where you get to vote against prosecutors who want to be judges.
