You’re missing the point. I’ll quote Killer Mike on this one: “You can’t tell me Trump’s Hitler and also tell me I can’t have guns.”
This is a false dichotomy. There is a lot of room between current American gun laws and “can’t have guns”. Start a thread if you really want to push this.

This derail (you’re welcome everybody!) was not because I disagree with this, it’s because I object to pretending that this means we must reject “gun control”. That is a misleading argument that distracts from the actual proposed gun control measures like background checks, banning bump stocks, giving the mentally ill access to health care instead of fire arms, etc. None of those things make anarchists more likely to be shot by Proud Boys. It might save a few future elementary school shootings, if anyone cares about that.
Point taken. I was poking at left wing dissonance on the matter. The contrarian in me sometimes can’t resist pointing out selective omission of nuance.

This is typical RWNJ gibberish. For some reason they imagine that there is this “the left”… and it has some kinda unified high command. In short, they are getting high on their own supply when they make these kinda statements… which are based solely on their own fantasies.
