Salvatore J. Zizza, is Founder and President of Zizza & Associates. Mr. Zizza has held various positions in both private and public companies throughout his career. He is Chairman of Bergen Cove Realty Inc., with substantial holdings in real estate, primarily residential. He is also Chairman of Bethlehem Advanced Materials (“BAM”), which designs and manufactures high-temperature furnaces for sale and for its own use in the processing of specialty carbon, graphite, and ceramic materials for semiconductor and aerospace applications. Since 2009, Mr. Zizza has been Director and Vice Chairman of Trans-Lux Corporation, a full-service provider of integrated multimedia systems.

Mr. Zizza was Chairman of Metropolitan Paper and Recycling from 2006 to 2014. Prior to Metropolitan, Mr. Zizza was Chairman and CEO of Hallmark Electric, an electrical parts distributor in the New York area, from 1998 to 2007. Mr. Zizza bought NICO Construction Company Inc. in 1978 and was President and CFO until 1985, when NICO merged with The LVI Group Inc., a NYSE listed company. During his tenure at NICO, Mr. Zizza grew the business into the largest interior construction firm in the United States, with over 3,000 employees and $850M in revenues. Prior to buying NICO, Mr. Zizza was an independent financial consultant and had been a lending officer of Chemical Bank.
