Does it own the libs - the only thing that matters in modern conservatism.

Of course but they’re eating their own here. Before whoever was operating them was doing it specifically to support trump and turn people against democrats. At least after the initial troll.

They would never have gone off evangelicals

“Oops, my bad. Thanks for dinner.”

The problem with this shit is that if they throw 1,000 blindfold darts, some are going to land. There need to be more consequences for the moles in whack-a-mole.

They will eventually end getting taken out by RWNJ crossfire. Hopefully the pure ones that survive are too small in number to matter.

This seems to be the new right-wing bot tact on twitter as well. Whenever anyone mentions anything - change the topic to The Crisis at Our Southern Border.

“ILLOOMINATE MEDIA, INC”

Could very easily be mispronounced illuminati, just saying

But, yeah, tell me more about how there is no difference between Dems and Reps.

I’m slowly coming around on their perspective that people actually talking about reality is bad for them. Unfortunately for them I’m also quite sure that saying ‘these are the words teachers aren’t allowed to say’ is 100% guaranteed to make a bunch of kids google those words.

When they were doing it quietly by censoring the textbooks it was way smarter than this.

It doesn’t even seem to be a real Bukowski quote. There’s this from Bertrand Russell, written when Bukowski was about 12:

“The fundamental cause of trouble in the world today is that the stupid are cocksure while the intelligent are full of doubt”

Knowingly or otherwise, Russell probably stole it from Yeats:

The Second Coming

by William Butler Yeats

Turning and turning in the widening gyre
The falcon cannot hear the falconer;
Things fall apart; the centre cannot hold;
Mere anarchy is loosed upon the world,
The blood-dimmed tide is loosed, and everywhere
The ceremony of innocence is drowned;
The best lack all conviction, while the worst
Are full of passionate intensity.

Surely some revelation is at hand;
Surely the Second Coming is at hand.
The Second Coming! Hardly are those words out
When a vast image out of Spiritus Mundi
Troubles my sight: somewhere in sands of the desert
A shape with lion body and the head of a man,
A gaze blank and pitiless as the sun,
Is moving its slow thighs, while all about it
Reel shadows of the indignant desert birds.
The darkness drops again; but now I know
That twenty centuries of stony sleep
Were vexed to nightmare by a rocking cradle,
And what rough beast, its hour come round at last,
Slouches towards Bethlehem to be born?

That Rudy Giuliani got routed by John McCain (and finished way behind Romney) in a Republican primary is still amazing to think about.

Of course the party has gotten crazier, but not by that much. Even the deplorables of 2008 were grossed out by him.

But drop a p and who knows?
