I don’t want to read too much into it, but of the 11 republicans who voted to give MTG the boot, three of them were latinx representatives from Florida (Diaz-Balart, Gimenez, Salazar). That at least seems like a pretty good sign that this isn’t going to help GOP demographics.

I need to find the article but it was some security researchers who took a look at all the people arrested at the Capitol and saw that most of them arrested didn’t have pre-existing connections to the far right and they were, in general, older than you’d expect for radicalization.
Their conclusion was that Q was more than simple right wing extremism, but was more of a mass political movement with violence against their political rivals at the core of their ideology, and I think that’s a good way to sum up Q and everything else.
