GOP Insanity Containment: Beets, Gazpacho, and Lube

The Daily podcast on Friday talked to q believers post inauguration.

Tl;dr it’s a cult, and WAAF.

Yep. 45k miles a year for a professional sounded LOL low from the start. Maybe for truck drivers that don’t leave their own city…or something.

It might sense for that to be the average mileage claimed for tax purposes, if you don’t get to claim anything if you don’t own the truck.

You’ve got to be fucking kidding me. I thought there were only like 30 of them protesting.

How do the police let this happen, such a disgrace.

I have a theory

Can someone help me out here? If am an anti-Vaxxer, what exactly am I protesting here?

It’s not like an abortion clinic where they can claim concern for another life. These people are voluntarily going to this place to get a treatment they want. No one else is affected. No one is forcing the the anti-vaxxer or anyone else to get them. It’s completely voluntarily.

So, what is their position? “People who want vaccines shouldn’t have the right to get them.” Is that what they’re for?

Based on the one crazy anit-vaxxer I know on Facebook.

  1. Government/businesses are requiring (or planning to require) vaccinating to do many things so they are essentially forcing these people to be vaccinated.

  2. The vaccine is actually very deadly (did you hear that Hank Aaron died less than a week after being vaccinated) but the government and medical industry is lying to people to make $.

If I had to guess it’s to make their rejection of vaccinations known and to influence legislators that might make them mandatory or at least place restrictions on unvaccinated people (eg. can’t use public transport).
Or maybe there is just no rational reason at all and they simply want to rage against the vaccine.

Quoting from the LA Times article linked above.

“A post on social media described the demonstration as the “SCAMDEMIC PROTEST/MARCH.” It advised participants to “please refrain from wearing Trump/MAGA attire as we want our statement to resonate with the sheeple. No flags but informational signs only.”

Tl/DR: they’re trying to wake up the sheeple, man.

Still crazy, but a different kind of crazy than I was thinking.

I’m sure this describes some of them at least.

This seems likely.

I should have known. It’s the curse of being a sheeple myself, I guess.

I have no idea. I was guessing that you can only do that sort of deduction for miles If you own the vehicle (or maybe lease it).

Also at no point did it seem like the GOP might show some self-respect, Jesus Christ.
