They’re still trying to make Hunterghazi a thing?

Nothing represents the brokenness or fairness of Glenn Greenwald than this.

Did you know that Glenn calls himself a journalist?

If Fuentes is on the no fly list the ACLU certainly should speak out against it, and it would be hypocritical if they don’t. No one on the federal list is afforded any sort of due process, the list isn’t public, and there isn’t any sort of appeals process. Even if Fuentes ought to be on such a list there should be some sort of due process by which he is placed on the list, with the ability to publicly challenge his inclusion on the list.

LMFAO, did Greenwald take Fuentes at his word about the No Fly list without fact checking? I thought we all understood he was probably lying about that.

Greenwald is a reporter/writer, not a fact checker.

I assume he assumes substack has a large staff of fact checkers going over his every word.

Can’t tell if you’re joking.

Was making a poor attempt to put Greenwald back when he was complaining about editors and how now he is free, but just with support staff.

Rare case I totally agree with a keed post. The no fly list is anti-democratic and fuelled by irrational panic.

It’s not hypocritical to be selective about the battles that you pick. Just like it wasn’t hypocritical for Glenn to defend Nazis in court for free but not muslims. It simply indicates priorities.

Glenn’s hoping that Hannity or Carlson kick the bucket soon.

But they won’t. Hatred is the elixir of life.

First Carlson, now Beck. Maybe Glenn can get a role in Mike Lindell’s next movie.

Is this like Gaetz defending Katie Hill as cover for his own indiscretions? Greenwald seems like the kind of guy who engaged in sex tourism back in the day.

Very true, the ACLU used to be committed to defending the civil liberties of everyone, even the most odious. Particularly the most odious, because those are the easiest civil liberties for the government to abuse. Who cares if Nazis can’t march, they’re nazis. But I’m sure you guys like the current ACLU much better.

The ACLU: defending the civil liberties of non-gross people since 2017.

Who would have thought Glenn was pro rape?

This is literally how Glenn makes his own positions. Obviously nobody was convicted or Locked up during me too. Glenn is such a cosbyesque-Weinstein choad

Correct, pre-2017, the ACLU thought white supremacists were marginalized and the incremental value of protecting even their rights outweighed the fact that these people wanted to forcibly make this an all white country. A dubious and privileged position, no doubt, but not indefensible.

As open and proud white supremacy went mainstream with Trumpism and the threat they posed to minorities became imminent and present, in 2017 the ACLU recalculated the incremental value of spending their time, resources and prestige in associating with white supremacists. GG on the other hand, leaned into it and openly become a Tucker Carlson style right wing commentator.
