Gotcha. You’ve probably heard this before and considered it, but the Census seems like an odd thing to abstain from on civil disobedience grounds coming from an ostensibly leftist perspective. It’s integral for the apportionment of political power and and funding for pretty important social programs.

The above is obviously wrong (I’m going with ‘leftist’ == donkey lover here). If I lived in a wrong ‘color’ state I’d want to diminish my state’s number of representatives. Overall it’s a zero-sum game, donkeys and elephants win some places. lose in others. I could say the same with funding too… if I most care about funding for homeless folk services, and I lived in a state with few homeless, same logic applies.

As I mentioned above, I feel this 10yr is different. I urge all my fellow UnStuckers to comply 100% online or by mail… so as to diminish the number of working folks being subjected to unsafe working conditions: having to go door-to-door during a pandemic.
