Just heard AOC is only getting 60 seconds for her speaking time at the convention.
If I was her I would tell them to fuck off.
Just for the record she graduated Cum Laude w/ a BA in International Relations and Econ.

But in all seriousness, LOL, why even put her on the speaker list? But believe it, she does more in a single tweet than a lot of these jokers have their entire careers. Give her 60 seconds and she will become the speaker all of the other speakers are compared to.

I think Bernie isn’t super smart. He’s super caring and has good ideas but no idea how to implement them. He’s also too old to really see through the kind of grand change we need.
I think Ilhan isn’t as charismatic, intelligent, nor ethical as Bernie nor AOC. You need people like her in Congress but she’s a follower not a leader.
AOC is as close to perfect as we can get. She’s intelligent, compassionate, ethical, charismatic, attractive (and sadly, yes, this matters in politics), and a natural leader. Assuming America has a bright future I would favor her to one day play a major role in it.
This goes beyond the message (she obv has the right message) but the messenger matters too.
A huge part of success in politics is sales. You can have the best idea in the world but if you can’t sell it you won’t get it done. AOC Has the idea, the intelligence to craft it into a sellable message and adjust to new circumstances, and the sales ability to make it a reality.

I think Ilhan is very smart, but given her being a massive target does make a few too many errors in judgement to say ever become speaker of the house or even a senator, but she’s young and will improve with experience so it isn’t impossible. AOC rarely missteps, the only time I can think of so far that was the Franken situation.
