For me it’s a strange situation because I think Bourne Ultimatum is the superior of all three (and definitely all five), but its impact is inseparable from The Bourne Identity.

Watched this in the common area of the dorm floor I lived on with a couple of other guys. “You’re the man now, dog” happens. One of them laughs and says, “those are three words he should never say.” No response; we wordlessly continue to watch. Solidly 45 minutes later, that guy gets up. “I’m beat; think I’m off to bed.” We both bid him a good night as he retires to his room. The fucking millisecond his door clicks closed, the other guy excitedly turns to me and says, “which three words?!” I have not laughed harder very many times. As much as that line felt hacky to me on original viewing, I now can’t help but love it.
