This one fucking infuriated me when I saw it yesterday, but saw zero coverage of it when I clicked over to WaPo, etc. Dude should have been held in contempt on the spot (not a lawbro but I’m assuming his actions qualify)

Expecting it to be about as good as the remakes of Steptoe & Son and Fawlty Towers.
Of course, Eastwood is putting out a movie about the one white guy who was falsely accused of terrorism. What happened to Jewell was awful but the timing here sure seems suspect.

Hey has anyone here been to South Korea? I’m going to be there for a week around Thanksgiving for a wedding and I really don’t know much about what do do over there. I’ll be over there with 5 other gents and we basically have an entire week in Seoul to fill with stuff. Currently planning a DMZ visit, of course, but not much else. The wedding is going to be at the Four Seasons in Seoul, everything I read about the trip makes me think of a Hangover movie. Apparently weed not exactly legal or accepted over there. That’s too bad because I enjoy the occasional edible or tweeds toot and just roaming around foreign lands.
Any recommendations on day trips out of Seoul extremely welcomed. We’re all getting old (40) but are still fairly fit and can do pretty rigorous hikes and the like.
Just one tip, if you see any DPRK missles flying overhead, don’t worry, our President has it all under control

Go for it, I basically eat anything put in front of me when I travel abroad.
I’m looking forward to getting schooled on some basketball courts. Most of our group thinks we “still got it” and are over 6’ so I’m picturing some harsh lessons on the courts from 20 year olds in Kobe jerseys
