Gross ass game but the result was good. WTF do spurs do with ange now? Obviously the results in league were utter shit, but they are in the middle of a rebuild, weāre super injured for huge chunks of the year, and, smartly, prioritized Europa over the premier league towards the end.

A week ago I thought Maresca, Ange and Amorim would all be fired. Now I think they all stay with a short leash? I think its a mistake to keep any, mostly for United who are going to now buy players for a 3 at the back system and when that doesnt work will have to overhaul everything again.

You fire Ange because he lost more games than any non relegated team in PL history? You lost 21 games with a squad that had top 4 aspirations. Arsenal have lost 15 games in the last 3 seasons combined.
Spurs are one of the 10 richest clubs in world football. Finishing 10th in the PL would be awful. You finished 17th.

Not mentioned in this thread yet is how weak the last CL spot is. There were 4 teams who, with a win, could earn a spot. Only Chelsea avoided a straight defeat LOL. Forest, Newcastle and Villa were all favored and lost (Forest to Chelsea). Shameful. Newcastle snuck in anyways losing to Everton, while Villa couldnāt defeat ManU (a draw wouldāve seen them get CL)

Contending tier:
Arsenal/Pool/City
European contending tier:
Chelsea, Newcastle, Villa, Spurs
Can finish top half/make a run at europa if they run hot:
Forest, Brighton, United, Brentford, Palace, Bournemouth, Fulham
Stay up for another year:
Everton, Wolves, West Ham
Chelsea are decently better than the rest in their tier imo, but also quite a bit off from contending for a title next season
