The “WFH is immoral take” is really just a critique of capitalism and society.
Shareholders could certainly sue, but it’s pretty difficult to do successfully, even if something appears like gross negligence.
That’s what I took from it. It’s a version pitting different workers against each other that they do for unionization drives at white collar places. “Unionization is for those tough physically demanding jobs. Not for you”
