Very stable genius, IMO.
i dont really block people(mainly because i want to know more than i care to admit) other than the 1200 or so advertisers, but i do “not interested in this post”/“show fewer posts from this account” quite often. and no matter how many times i do that on elon he still ends up prominently in my “for you” feed. so this definitely tracks.
if you MUTE elon your twitter experience will improve immensely. It will stick be awful, but a lot less awful.

This one weird trick to not see Elon’s tweets will surprise you…
You can actually block him. You don’t have to see his posts and be annoyed at the weighted algorithm, there is a better way.
And yet, even on a heavily left leaning forum, many posters still won’t give up their twitter account.
I haven’t found a good substitute for the things I use it for.

I muted Elon long ago and he no longer shows up on my feed.

Idk if it’s true but I kinda want it to be. The banning of @theLiamnissan may have been for doxing the big E.
So far on my feed today a video of the surgical removal of some massive blood clot that’s supposedly common since 2021 REALLY MAKES YOU THINK has shown up three times.
And also Ed Norton’s character in American History X was right (before he bonded with a black guy about post-fight sex).
Check out the second most recent episode of Knowledge Fight. They discuss this Andrew guy calling into Alex’s show
