I don’t want to say the guy is a literal idiot but there are subjects on which he presents himself as an expert but I suspect he knows less than I do. Which is not impressive at all.
Somewhat annoying, although I’ve always found the MTA app to much easier for seeing any issues on a line that you intend to use. Versus scrolling Twitter, which I guess was helpful for understanding all issues throughout the entire system, 98% of which are never relevant to you.
