The best response I heard to this was there’s isn’t going to be a Republican Church Committee, where Republicans systematically try and restrain the FBI or CIA. They don’t mind the power they have, they just them used to for whatever political opportunities Republicans have.

I’d assume paid Twitter blue (as opposed to legacy verified) weighs heavily in favour of Musk fans. But restricting polls to just paid users would reveal how few of them there actually are, so I doubt he does that.
