Douchebag 2.0—an Elon Musk company

WT isn’t short for white is it?

Musk running Twitter into the ground would require me living in a world where good things happen.

I was thinking this the other day. Trump’s lawsuit tactics work against poor people and small businesses. They don’t work against heavily lawyered people with money and strong cases. Like the head of Twitter legal just won a $54bn case vs Elon. Now Elon’s gonna win a case against him?

This is honestly something I thought Twitter should have been doing:

Like with the Twitter acquisition, Musk clearly doesn’t sweat entering litigation he knows he isn’t likely to win. It’s a freeroll because the money he spends on suing/being sued is meaningless to him. In this case, it isn’t even all his money, it’s Twitter’s, so it’s his and MBS’s and the banks etc. Maybe he gets a better deal through litigation, maybe he doesn’t, but he’s an asshole so if he makes somebody else’s life difficult he’s always a winner.

Yeah, he probably just enjoys the sport and reaction he gets by making it a pain in the ass for them to get their compensation. If he loses, he loses, he was going to pay it anyway if they were severed.

Stiffing execs on contracts isn’t going to brighten the mood at Tesla and SpaceX.

I might pay to get verified on unstuck, but not twitter.

Genius move would be to have vanity badge upgrades, like a Blood Drop Cross for $9.99.

I mean that’s not even a bad idea. $5/mo for a pro Ukraine or pro life/pro choice or whatever badge. If 1 million people bought a badge that’s 60 mil per year. (And you get their financial info, the best sort of verification.) Lotta ways to extract blood from the Twitter stone–many of which will damage the company, but that’s the essence of finance.

I assume Musk will give Jews the star of David badge for free
