Agreed. Musk was always in a real bad position and if twitter really wanted to push it, it would be almost impossible to get out.
Musk waited one step too late to try and back out. By the time he tried to renege the deal was done. He thought he could scare twitter with lawyers but that backfired horribly and the judge was not amused.

So judge sets October 28th date to finish deal or it goes to November trial. Guess the judge is not fucking around with Elon and his desire for a delay.
I guess Elon turned down a discount from Twitter that would have saved him billions but came with conditions, which I assume were varieties of “you actually have to do it”.
thinking about shorting TWTR. downside is obviously limited, right? There’s no possible way TWTR can ever go above $54 at this point, and if anything negative happens it’s going to like $20 instantly.
Nothing is impossible and don’t forget that your downside to shorting is unlimited. R/Wall Street Bets tomorrow could try to create an army to boost the stock because reasons. I would never short

Do they have 5G in Ukraine? I’ve been seeing some articles like this recently which Starlink is complaining about potential interference.
I’m imagining musk as a caveman, complaining that everyone would use his square wheels if only the government would ban those pesky round wheels that work.

Certainly seems reasonable that Russia has jamming/blocking capabilities.
