Even if they decide he’s in breach of the agreement, I don’t see how someone can force him to buy the company. I also don’t see how they can enforce the fines on him. Hence my general negativity about Musk facing any actual consequences. That said the complaint is fun.

They can definitely force sell his Tesla shares in the same way they can liquidate your assets when you are not paying your fines. It would be different if he personally wasn’t worth enough to buy twitter because you can’t force a bank to provide finance but he was dumb enough to offer up his own money and he has enough.
