With that judge and the classified materials element I think this trial was easiest to envision being repeatedly delayed. DELAY TACTICS: clumsily running through all opponents for decades.

While there hasn’t been much in the way of accountability and he’s been given deference that would never be afforded to any non ex president, I would say he’s being reasonably pursued by justice. He was so corrupt with many corrupt enablers, that much of his corruption is still bubbling to the surface 3 years later
the federal court system is both working for justice and also failing in several ways. all of this is unprecedented and has constitutional implications, and thus must be done deliberately, and must not be rushed or pressured by an elected official or political appointee, or even public opinion. on the other hand, the extent of what we see does not even scratch the surface of trmps’s criminal intent or efforts, and it is unlikely that any average citizen can even be aware of all of trmp’s coconspirators and codefendants and the dozens of charges they face, and how the prosecution can prove it all.
