I think he also pulled some shady shit (ot clever depending on how you look at it) where the lady who owned it wouldnāt sell it to him (or for the price he wanted) so he either bought land near it and threatened to obstruct the view of the beach or some shit and forcing her to sell it to him for his price. Something like that
